Beef meatballs with Remulada Dunska souce

300 g minced beef

1/2 of loaf

3-4 sprigs of parsley

salt

4 slices of ham

oil

1 small egg

2 tbsp of semolina

3-4 sprigs of dill

pepper

4 teaspoons of Remulada Dunska from Folwark

Put meat into the bawl, add egg, salt, pepper and add two tablespoons of chopped dill. Then add semolina and meat. Then add Remulada Dunska sauce. Add ham and sprinkle with green. Wrap the rolls, forming rollers. In a saucepan or a skillet warm up the oil and cook for about 10-12 minutes. Bon Appetit !!!
