Köfte with minced beef
Köfte with minced beef and tabouleh accompanied by Folwark ® Kebab – gyros sauce

minced beef 150g | couscous 1 small bowl (prepared by the rules on package) |
tick yoghurt 2 spoons | 1 chopped tomatoe |
1 small chopped onion | 3 cucambers peeled and chopped |
1 chopped glove of garlic | juice from 1/2 lemon |
1 spoon of breadcrumbs | chopped parsley tops – 1 handful |
cumin 1 teaspoon | chopped mint – 1 handful |
sumac 1/2 teaspoon | olive 2 – 3 spoons |
chopped parsley tops – 1 handful | salt, pepper |
chopped mint – 1 handful | |
salt, pepper |
Köfte: mix precisely all ingredients, spice, cool down. Form a ball or oblong cutlet. Fry on a grill pan about 2 minutes (from each side).
Tabouleh: couscous mix with vegetablets and spices, add herbs, spice with salt and pepper. Cool down.
Köfte serve on sticks, cold or hot with tabouleh and Folwark® kebab – gyros sauce .
