500 g chicken fillet

3 teaspoons of chicken spice

tablespoon of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of water

fresh ground pepper

clove of garlic

2 tablespoons Remulada Dunska sauce from Folwark

Put meat into a bowl. Now we can prepare the marinade – in a cup, mix pepper, chicken spice, pressed clove of garlic, soy sauce, sauce and water. Cover the meat with the marinade. Put for a night to the refrigerator. Then bake in a bag for cooking for one hour at 180 degrees. After baking, tear the bag and leave for 20 minutes so the meat could “rest”.
