Hot – dogs with chicken marinated in white pepper and chilli
5 baguettes
0.5 tsp of white pepper 1 teaspoon of lovage 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 red onion 100 g grated cheese |
400 g chicken breast filet
1 teaspoon of spice for chicken 2 chillies 2 tomatoes 1 cucumber Thousand Island Dressing from Folwark |
Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Add spice for chicken, pepper and lovage. Mix everything, and add olive oil and chopped chillies. Put everything into the refrigerator for 1 hour. Fry in a hot pan. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into cubes, then slice red onion. Cut baguettes, but do not cut to the end. In the middle put a hot chicken, shredded cheese and vegetables.
