“My cooking and blogging” about Folwark sauces
blog: moje gotowanie i blogowanie ,Monday July 13th, 2015(…) BBQ sauce is the true barbecue (…) Its taste exceeded my expectations. It is intense with dominant smoke aroma. Even my chicken from the owen tasted as the grilled one. Folwark barbecue sauce is ingenious.
Kebab-gyros hot. That’s true… it is hot. Dominant is chili taste. Mayonnaise is barely noticable – from my point of view it is huge adventage.
Danish Remulada. It is great: thick and lumpy. It composes ideally with vegetablets, broccoli with that sauce tastes excellent. I used that sauce also for egg paste with caraway – it won my heart.
