Marinate chicken the day before. For the marinate, use: Monini vinaigrette + a pinch of salt and a clove of garlic. On the second day, peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut them into pieces. Then prepare the sauce: mix barbecue sauce with olive oil. Pour it to the potatoes and carrots. Use Karahi chicken masala. Mix everything. At the bottom of the dish, put the chicken, on top: spices, potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle the vinaigrette and… put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. The best option is to check carrots, they need to be soft. Use barbecue sauce and combine it with the chicken, potatoes and carrots. Gently sprinkle with basil leaves. The dish ready. Juicy. Aromatic.
