Juicy chicken breast in teriyaki sauce


Chicken breast – 1 pcs.

Brown rice

Dark sesame

Salt, pepper

Olive oil

Teriyaki sauce 

Chicken breast – wash, dry and spice with salt and pepper. Mix teriyaki sauce with dark sesame. Pickle spiced meat in sauce and put away to the fridge for a half an hour. In the meantime prepare rice. Then on a grill pan warm olive oil and grill chicken breast for e few minutes (on each side). At the end put juicy chicken breast on rice. Done!
