About us

Folwark
was founded in 1991.

Initially, the company employed just a handful of people and focused exclusively on mayonnaise production.

Over more than 30 years of operation, the company has grown into a modern manufacturing facility and expanded its portfolio to include many unique products. Following a reorganisation in 2015, the company changed its name from Gospodarstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe Folwark to FBH sp. z o.o.

Today, the company meets the needs of even the most discerning consumers, producing both traditional sauces and distinctive varieties inspired by Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.

From the outset, the company’s mission has been to provide customers with products of the highest quality and exceptional taste. Carefully selected recipes and meticulous attention to the blend of spices ensure outstanding flavour.

Most of our production consists of sauces sold under our own brand. However, our activities extend beyond this.

We also produce sauces under our clients’ brands, using both our own recipes and those supplied by our clients.

We achieve this through an effective organisational structure, a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and a prompt response to their expectations.

Highly qualified specialists in our Research and Development and Quality Control departments ensure the quality and safety of our products. Experienced food technologists in the Research and Development department develop our products.

The Quality Control department oversees product quality and safety. Our BRC 9 certification confirms the implementation of food safety measures.
